Abstract
En el área de Malalyine, sedimentos pliocenos de un nuevo afloramiento
están afectados por varios juegos de diaclasas compatibles
con una compresión NW-SE y, particularmente, con una tensión perpendicular
en dirección N50ºE. Las diaclasas están mineralizadas por
óxidos de Fe y Mn, indicando un flujo de fluidos profundos, característicos
de un termalismo de baja temperatura. Por otra parte, muchas
diaclasas están rellenas por arenas inyectadas, las cuales se interpretan
como sismitas. Estas diaclasas representan una etapa tectónica
sinsedimentaria congruente con el contexto geodinámico regional
dominante desde el Mioceno superior a la actualidad
In the Malalyine area, a new outcrop of Pliocene sediments is affected by several sets of joints compatible with a NW-SE compression and, particularly, with a perpendicular, N50ºE tension. They are mineralized with Fe and Mn oxides, indicating the flow of deep fluids, characteristic of a hydrothermalism of low temperature. Moreover, many joints are filled by injected sands, which are interpreted as seismites. These joints represent a sinsedimentary tectonic stage, congruent with the late Miocene to the Present regional geodynamic setting
