Análisis comparado en torno a la Protección Infantil en Colombia y Andalucía: una revisión sistemática

Abstract

La Protección a la Infancia es un tema que ha persistido a través de la historia y ha sido estudiada desde diferentes ámbitos. Desde 1989, la Convención de los Derechos del Niño en 1989 planteó una serie de temas que vulneran los derechos de esta población a nivel mundial. La incidencia de estos temas en cada país varía y es determinante en la realidad de este colectivo. El objetivo de este trabajo de investigación fue localizar las investigaciones que se han realizado en temas de protección a la infancia en Colombia y Andalucía durante las últimas dos décadas (2012-2023) y analizar sus implicaciones. Los resultados permitieron vislumbrar que temas como el abuso sexual infantil y el maltrato son prevalentemente investigados en estos territorios y cómo estos temas configuran el panorama infantil y las sugerencias de protección y garantía de derechos que se realizan desde el ámbito académico, político y social

Child Protection is an issue that has persisted throughout history and has been studied from different areas. Since 1989 the Convention on the Rights of the Child in 1989, a series of issues have been raised that violate the rights of this population worldwide. The incidence and prevalence of these issues in each country vary and are determining factors in the reality of this group in each territory. The objective of this research work was to locate the published research which carried out on child protection issues in Colombia and Andalusia during the last two decades (2012-2023) and analyze its implications. The results showed us that topics such as child sexual abuse and mistreatment are the most investigated in these territories and how these topics shape the child panorama and the advices for protection and guarantee of rights suggested from the academic, political, and social spheres
