RT Journal Article T1 Nueva localidad fosilífera en el Mioceno Inferior de Bargota (Navarra) (Cuenca del Ebro, Península Ibérica) T1 A new fossiliferous site from the Lower Miocene of Bargota (Navarre) (Ebro Basin, Iberian Peninsula) A1 Murelaga, Xabier A1 Almar, Y. A1 Beamud, B. A1 Larrasoaña, J. C. A1 Garcés Crespo, Miguel AB In this study we report a new fossil locality found in the continental sediments of the Haro Formation. Thisformation is composed of palustrine, lacustrine and distal alluvial facies that represent the sedimentaryfilling of the west-central sector of the Ebro basin during the lower Miocene. In this paper we describe thevertebrate remains (fishes, lacertians, crocodiles, Turtles, glirids, cricetids and eomiids) found in the site ofBargota (Navarra). Based on the micromammals teeth study, the new fossil locality can be placed withinthe Agenian biozone Y YR 2006 FD 2006 LK http://hdl.handle.net/10272/8612 UL http://hdl.handle.net/10272/8612 LA spa DS Repositorio Institucional de la Universidad de Huelva RD 31 may 2026
