AB In this study we report a new fossil locality found in the continental sediments of the Haro Formation. Thisformation is composed of palustrine, lacustrine and distal alluvial facies that represent the sedimentaryfilling of the west-central sector of the Ebro basin during the lower Miocene. In this paper we describe thevertebrate remains (fishes, lacertians, crocodiles, Turtles, glirids, cricetids and eomiids) found in the site ofBargota (Navarra). Based on the micromammals teeth study, the new fossil locality can be placed withinthe Agenian biozone Y
