T1 Validez lingüística del cuestionario vécu et santé perçue de l'adolescent  (VSP-A) en población adolescente colombiana

AB El objetivo de este estudio fue validar lingüísticamente laversión española (VOE) del cuestionario Vécu et Santé Per~uede l'Adolescent (VSP-A) para su aplicación en adolescentescolombianos. La validación lingüística se realizó a partir de laversión española (referencial) de este cuestionario, de origen francés. Se desarrolló en tres etapas: a) acuerdos con los autoresoriginales b) traducciones directas por parte de filólogos, consultaa informantes clave, reuniones del grupo investigador yclasificación de equivalencias y c) entrevistas cognitivas conadolescentes, de ambos sexos, de diferentes estratossocioeconómicos de Bogotá y Barranquilla. Este proceso seajustó a los procedimientos de validación lingüística estándar yajustada. En los procesos de traducción, de los treinta y nueveítems que componen el cuestionario, tres fueron valorados porlos filólogos como «ítems problemáticos» y otros dos fueronvalorados por los informantes clave como ítems con dificultadesde comprensión para la población diana. A partir de los juiciosde los traductores y expertos se elaboró una primera versióncon la que se realizaron entrevistas cognitivas con grupos deadolescentes. A partir de sus valoraciones se elaboró la segundaversión. En ella siete preguntas quedaron formuladas como enla versión referencial (VOE), en veintisiete se introdujeronmodificaciones sintácticas o semánticas y en cinco seintrodujeron modificaciones relacionadas con cuestionesculturales. Los ítems que presentaron mayores dificultades ensu adaptación lingüística formaban parte de las dimensiones desatisfacción con la vida sexual, relaciones con el personal desalud, la vitalidad y la autoestima. La versión colombiana delVSP-A puede ser considerada lingüísticamente equivalente a laVOE y puede ser sometida a un estudio piloto para su validaciónpsicométrica.
AB The objective of this study was to develop a linguisticvalidation of the Spanish verslon of the Vécu et Santé Per9uede I'Adolescent (VSP-A) questionnaire in order to apply it inColombian adolescents. The linguistic validation was developedfrom the Spanish version (VOE). The process was carried out in three stages: a) agreements with the authors of the origina/version, b) direct translation, consultations with key ínformants,meetíngs of the research group and classlflcation ofequiva/ences, c) cognitive interviews with adolescents of bothsexes and different socioeconomic status from Bogota andBarranquílla. The validation followed the standard and adjustedlinguistic validation process. During the translation process,among the thírty nine items that form the questionnaire, threewere evaluated like problematíc items by the phi/ologíst and twowere valued like ¡tems with difficu/t comprehension by the keyinformants. A first version was e/aborated trom the opinions otthe experts and translators and it was used to realize the cognitiveinterviews with adolescents. The second version was elaboratedtrom their valuations. In this version, seven items were tormu/atedIíke in the VOE, twenty se ven had syntactic and semanticmodifications and five had moditications related to culturalquestions. Those items that had more problems in the Iinguisticadaptation were included in four dimensions: satisfaction withsexuallife, relations with the hea/th staff, vitality and self-esteem.The Colombian version of the VSP-A can be considered alinguistic equivalent of the VOE and íts psychometric propertiesshould be eva/uated in a pi/ot study.
