AB La crianza positiva, se refiere al comportamientoy capacidad de amar, acoger, cuidar y orientar delos progenitores o cuidadores hacia los niños, niñasy adolescentes como sujetos activos de derechos.Dichos comportamientos y capacidades pueden serpromovidos y potenciados a través de apoyos socialese intervenciones con las familias. El propósito deesta investigación fue identificar y analizar recursose iniciativas de intervención para promover la crianzapositiva en El Salvador. Para ello se revisaron sitiosweb de entidades reconocidas por el trabajo coninfancia, adolescencia y familias en El Salvador y secontactó con los miembros de esas organizaciones.Seguidamente, se analizaron un grupo de indicadorescon los 15 recursos identificados. Los resultadospermitieron vislumbrar que el trabajo en crianza positivaen este contexto es bastante reciente y que losdiferentes recursos e iniciativas han sido impulsadasprincipalmente por entidades privadas, y por lo general,de acceso universal y gratuito. No obstante, existenimportantes brechas que reconocer y atender.
AB Positive parenting refers to the behavior and theability of parents or caregivers to love, welcome, carefor, and guide children and adolescents as active subjectsof rights. These behaviors and capacities can bepromoted and strengthened through social supportand interventions with families. The purpose of thisresearch was to identify and analyze resources andintervention initiatives to promote positive parentingin El Salvador. For this purpose, websites of entitiesrecognized for their work with children, adolescents,and families in El Salvador were reviewed, and membersof these organizations were contacted. Subsequently,a group of indicators was analyzed with the15 identified resources. The results revealed that workin positive parenting in this context is quite recent,and the different resources and initiatives have beenmainly driven by private entities, generally beinguniversally accessible and free of charge. However,important gaps exist that need to be recognized andaddressed.
