AB La digitalización, el big data y la Inteligencia Artificial han revolucionado todas las áreas de nuestras vidas, desde la comunicación, el trabajo, la cultura, el arte, las relaciones interpersonales o el ocio. Por ello, consideramos que estas herramientas pueden tener un impacto positivo en el Tercer Sector, cuyo problema endémico es, entre otros, la escasez de financiación. Para ello, se llevará a cabo un estudio sobre las implicaciones de la big data, los avances de la digitalización en el Tercer Sector, los usos e implicaciones de los Customer Relationship Managment (CRM) y de la Inteligencia Artificial generativa orientada a la financiación de estas entidades. Paralelamente, en materia de regulación, se abordarán algunas de las principales medidas que se están implementando desde la Unión Europea, entre las que podemos destacar el Reglamento Europeo de Inteligencia Artificial, el Reglamento de Gobernanza de Datos y el Reglamento de Datos.
AB Digitalisation, big data and Artificial Intelligencehave revolutionised all areas of ourlives, from communication, work, culture, art,interpersonal relationships and leisure. Therefore,we believe that these tools can havea positive impact on the Third Sector, whoseendemic problem is, among others, the lack offunding. To this end, a study will be carried outon the implications of big data, the advancesof digitalisation in the Third Sector, the usesand implications of Customer Relationship Managementand generative Artificial Intelligenceoriented towards the financing of these entities.At the same time, in terms of regulation,some of the main measures being implementedby the European Union will be addressed,including the European Regulation on ArtificialIntelligence, the Data Governance Regulationand the Data Regulation.
