A GoodIntercultural Practice Scale has been designed and used on 139 social interventionprojects developed in Andalusia (Spain) by diverse public and private institutionalactors in order to measure the impact of considering elements of cultural diversityin the design and implementation of social intervention projects. The resultsobtained show that considering the elements of cultural diversity in servicesaimed at culturally heterogeneous populations improves the intercultural performanceof such services.
