AB El generalizado y extendido uso de las TIC y más concretamente de los servicios de internet ha posibilitado que se den cambios en la Educación y más concretamente en los medios por los que nos formamos, teniendo lugar importantes transformaciones en nuevos contextos de aprendizaje y nuevos modelos pedagógicos que conllevan a su vez características propias del alumno y docente virtual. Si se pretende contar con instituciones de Educación Superior adaptada a los cambios, que priorice la calidad en su oferta educativa, es clara la apuesta que dicho contexto debe realizar, una apuesta práctica y real de los Entornos Virtuales más idóneos, por sus características, con el claro objetivo de formar alumnos capacitados con las destrezas necesarias para desenvolverse en el ámbito laboral del siglo XXI y proporcionar ciudadanos con competencias actuales y realistas, con las funciones que la sociedad actual demanda de ellos, ciudadanos y profesionales competentes.
AB The widespread and extended use of ICT and more specifically internet services has enabled changes in education, more specifically in the media which we use for training purposes, important changes are taking place in new learning contexts and new pedagogical models which in turn involve characteristics of the student and virtual teacher. If it is intended to have institutions of Higher Education adapted to the changes, which prioritize the quality in its educational offer, it is clear the gamble that said context must make, a practical and real commitment of the most suitable Virtual Environments, by its characteristics, with the clear objective of training students with the necessary skills to work in the workplace of the 21st century and provide citizens with current and realistic skills, with the functions that society demands from them as citizens and competent professionals.
