T1 Abrasional marine forms in the sector comprise between Maro and Castell de Ferro (Málaga and Granadacoastline)

AB The existence of many marine abrasional forms, with their different heights and grades of certainty, isdescribed in the coastline comprise between Maro (Málaga province) and Castell de Ferro (Granadaprovince). The heights vary between the present sea level till near 100 m. These values are comparable toothers existing in more western andalusian coasts. Up till now there are not direct data to establish achronology in the study area, but in any case the heights of these marine forms are clearly attributable tothe eustatic oscilations, more that to the tectonics, which, for recent times, have much more lesser valuesof vertical displacements
