AB Este artículo analiza la Licenciatura en Ciencias del Trabajo como nomento fundamentalen el desarrollo de los estudios laborales en España. Se estudia en primerlugar su proceso de formación, así como las razones que llevaron a su introducciónen nuestro sistema universitario. A continuación se analiza su contenido fórmativo, y se definen sus principales características como titulo universitario oficial.________________________________In this work the degree in labour studies currently offered by Spanish universitiesis analysed, it being a major moment in the development of studies on labourand industrial relations in Spain. To begin with its process of creation isanalysed, as well as the reasons that explain its introduction into the Spanishuniversity system. After this process is described, the articles analyses the program'scontents and objectives, as well as other major features of this university degree.
