RT Journal Article T1 Cinemática y paleoesfuerzos en la zona de falla transcurrente de Jebha-Chrafate (Rif septentrional, Marruecos) T1 Kinematics and paleostresses in the Jebha-Chrafate transcurrent fault (northern Rif, Morocco) A1 Ben Makhlouf, Mohamed A1 Galindo Zaldívar, Jesús A1 Chalouan, Ahmed A1 Sanz de Galdeano, Carlos A1 Ahmamou, M’Fedal A1 López Garrido, Ángel Carlos AB The Jebha-Chrafate is an ENE-WSW sinistral major transcurrent fault of the Rif Cordillera, formed duringthe southwestwards emplacement of the Internal Zones on the Flysch units and the External Zones. Theanalysis of minor structures along the Jebha area indicates the activity of top to the SW low and high anglenormal faults during the tectonic wedge emplacement. In addition, most of the kinematic indicators alongthe transcurrent fault zone point to a reactivation as dextral fault during the recent NW-SE Eurasia-Africaconvergence and a final overprinting of normal faults during the late stages of relief uplift PB Sociedad Geológica de España YR 2005 FD 2005 LK http://hdl.handle.net/10272/8702 UL http://hdl.handle.net/10272/8702 LA spa DS Repositorio Institucional de la Universidad de Huelva RD 30 may 2026
