T1 Anima olea. El arte en la interpretación del paisaje del olivar como patrimonio natural y cultural

AB El olivar es el cultivo mediterráneopor excelencia, donde destaca tanto por suextensión como por su importancia milenaria.La cultura que se le asocia hunde sus raícesen los primeros procesos de domesticaciónagraria y ha tenido un papel fundamentalen la ecología, la economía, la historia y labelleza del Mediterráneo y sus paisajes.Este artículo tiene como objetivofundamental abordar desde una perspectivaartística, interdisciplinar y transdiciplinarlos valores del paisaje del olivarandaluz,  analizando algunas de las formasobjetivas que ha adoptado en distintasáreas del territorio y profundizando enlas percepciones y las emociones que estassuscitan. Partimos del estudio interdisciplinarde los valores de los paisajes de olivar paradestacar su riqueza antropológica y estética,como patrimonio natural y cultural, sinolvidar algunos de los principales problemasambientales que está suponiendo para estoslas exigencias crecientes del mercado quelleva en numerosas ocasiones a la adopciónde insumos y manejos insostenibles en eltratamiento del olivo en menoscabo de lariqueza de estos paisajes. Damos un pasometodológico más desarrollando trabajosde carácter transdisciplinar que abordan elpaisaje del olivar creando relatos más allá delcontexto disciplinar de los participantes
AB The olive grove is the pre-eminent cropin the Mediterranean Sea, where it standsout due the extension of the crops and itsmillenary importance. The olive culture isrooted in the very first processes of agrariandomestication, and it played a major role inthe ecology, economy, history and beauty ofthe Mediterranean sea and its landscapes. The main goal of this article is to addressthe value of the Andalusian, olive-growinglandscapes from an artistic, interdisciplinarand transactional perspective by analysingsome of the objective shapes that they haveadopted in various areas of the territoryand delving into the perceptions andemotions that they arouses. We start withthe interdisciplinar study of the values ofthe olive-growing landscapes to emphasisetheir anthropologic and aesthetic wealth as anatural and cultural heritage, acknowledgingsome of the major environmental problemsthat are taking place, consequence of theincrease in market demand that leads tothe extraction of supplies and the use ofunsustainable control treatments at theexpense of the wealth of these landscapes.We go further on the methodology bydeveloping interdisciplinary works thatwould address the olive-growing landscapes,creating stories beyond the disciplinarcontext of the participants
