T1 La protección de la infancia y la juventud ante los medios en nuestro ordenamiento jurídico

AB Este trabajo toma como referencia el estudio de la normativa comunitaria así como su aplicación e influencia inmediata en nuestro contexto jurídico, para posteriormente continuar con la regulación constitucional que esboza y su proyección en tres zonas: la regulación de la programación y publicidad de los medios audiovisuales públicos; la regulación de las publicaciones periódicas y el derecho de la cinematografía. Terrenos todos ellos en donde la protección de la juventud y la infancia tiene una gran tarea que acometer.
AB This work takes as a reference the study of the community regulations as well as its implementation and immediate influence in our legal context, in order to continue afterwards with the outlined constitutional regulation and its impact on three areas: the regulation of schedule and advertising of the public audiovisual media; the regulation of periodic publications and the right of cinematography. All of them are areas where the protection of the youth and childhood has a great task to undertake.
