RT Journal Article T1 Edad de los diques sálicos del Norte de la isla de La Gomera T1 Age of the Felsic Dykes on La Gomera Northern area (Canary Islands) A1 Brändle, José Luis A1 Cubas, C. R. A1 Huertas, María José A1 Hernán, Francisco A1 Ancochea, Eumenio AB Several trachytic and phonolitic, radial and conical dyke-swarms crop out on the La Gomera northern region. The first age data obtained situate the intrusion episodes coinciding in time with the extrusion of the Old Basalts. The earlier dykes show a radial pattern, centred in Tamargada. They have been dated in 8.0 Ma and 7.9 Ma. The conical swarm centred farther west, in Vallehermoso, has a slightly more recent age, between 7.5 Ma and 6.4 Ma. A third dyke-swarm is spatially associated with the conical structure and has likely a similar age PB Sociedad Geológica de España YR 2001 FD 2001 LK http://hdl.handle.net/10272/9526 UL http://hdl.handle.net/10272/9526 LA spa DS Repositorio Institucional de la Universidad de Huelva RD 29 may 2026
