De esta forma, la autora anima al profesorado a tomarla iniciativa para la mejorade su práctica profesional y contribuir con sus resultados al campo de la educación, reivindicando,al mismo tiempo. el trabajo investigador en el colectivo de docentes.________________________________The essential steps for teachers wanting to conduct action research are outlined in simple and directlanguage and then illustrated through the use of the researcher's own experiences. The authorencourages teachers to take the initiative to improve their own professional practice by engagingin action research and then contributing their findings to the larger field as well, thereby restoringeducational research into the hands of teachers.
