T1 La investigación-acción cooperativa y la formación del profesorado en contextos educativos multiculturales

AB Este artículo plantea el abordaje de los contextos educativos multiculturalesactuales desde la perspectiva Investigadora y formadora de la investigaciónaccióncooperativa. La autora, partiendo de la realidad pluricultural de lassociedades modernas europeas, en concreto de la andaluza, postula el enfoquecooperativo como modalidad de formación del profesorado, haciendoun repaso desde sus orígenes en la investigación-acción, como expresión dela investigación desde la «escuela». A continuación la diferencia de ésta, definiéndolacomo un trabajo en equipo entre investigadores yprácticos con elpropósito de resolverlos problemas de los segundos, y señalando sus rasgosprincipales. Destaca entre éstos la función de formación de los miembrosque en ella participan y señala el proceso metodológico a seguir, Identificandofases, técnicas y estrategias. Finalmente señala las condiciones que debendarse para llevar a cabo una investigación cooperativa.________________________________This article proposes tackling present-day multicultural educational contextsfrom the training and research perspective of the cooperative research-action.The author, taking as point of departure the multicultural reality of modernEuropean societies, specially the one of Andalusia, postulates that thecooperative approach should be taken as the model for the training ofteachers, making a revision from its origins in the research action, as anexpression of the research from the 'schools. Immediately after, shedifferentiates it from this one, defining it as a team work made by researchersand the other scholars who put this theory in practice with the purpose ofsolving the problems of the second ones, and pointing out Its maincharacteristics. Among these characteristics the most outstanding one is thetraining function of its members. The author also points out themethodological process to follow, identifying phases, technique and strategies.Finally, the article indicates the conditions necessary for carrying out acooperative research.
