AB Unidad familiar perteneciente a un municipio de menos de 20.000 habitantes,con ciertas dificultades en el acceso a la red de recursos sanitarios especializados,laborales, de respiro familiar, etc.; aunque bien comunicado con recursos educativos,de ocio y tiempo libre.La familia la conforman: los abuelos de 75 años de edad, ambos jubilados, queconviven con una hija soltera con problemas de alcoholismo y desempleada, así comootro hijo (discapacitado físico) que cohabita con su pareja (con trastorno mental grave)y el hijo menor de ambos, de 9 años de edad.Este caso se recepciona y comienza a trabajarse en los Servicios SocialesComunitarios del municipio, donde se desarrolla un Programa de IntervenciónFamiliar, tras el cual se valora la derivación del mismo al Equipo de TratamientoFamiliar (ETF) ya que necesita de una intervención más intensiva y especializada, conlos abuelos, padres y sobre todo, con el menor, que comienza a manifestar conductasimpositivas y agresivas en el entorno familiar.La coordinación entre el ETF, los SS.SS.CC, el Centro de Salud, Salud Mental yel Colegio Público del municipio, será muy estrecha, clave para complementarintervenciones. AB Family unit that belongs to a municipality of less than 20,000 inhabitants, withsome difficulties in access to the Specialized Health Care, Labour, Family Breakresources network. Although it’s well communicated and has Educational, Free timeand Leisure resourcesMade up of the family: grandparents of 75 years of age, both retired, living witha daughter unmarried with problems of alcoholism and unemployed, as well asanother son (physical disabled) that cohabits with his partner (with serious mentaldisorder) and the youngest son of both, 9 years of age.This case is harvested and starts working in Community Social Services of themunicipality, where it develops a program of family intervention, after which is valuedthe derivation to the Family Treatment Team (ETF) because they need more intensiveand specialized intervention with grandparents, parents and, above all, with theyoungest, who begins to manifest authoritarian and aggressive conducts in their familyenvironment.Coordination between the ETF, Community Social Services, the local HealthCenter, Mental Health Unit and Public School of the municipality, will be very close,key to complement interventions. The family initial study and evaluation will be crucialfor performing a complete descriptive diagnosis, successful hypothesis, and thesubsequent treatment with application of various guidelines, strategies andprofessional guidelines, through the use of social resources and appropriatetemporalizations.Family sues technical, economic and institutional aid for parents of the child,but they do not perceive that current problems and future risks may influence inpersonal development of the child
