In this paper, we study the spatial distribution of paleokarst collapse structures at Mallorca island. The paleofeatures are located on the carbonate platform to the east cost of Mallorca island. The paleostructures were mapped a scale 1:25.000. Data of straight distances between paleocollapses along the coastline were recorded on a traverse (scan line) and the number of events are related to the distance by a power law equation N where N is the number of paleocollapses and d is the distance. The exponent D (d) = 0,89 is the fractal dimension of the distance distribution showing a good fit in a 30 m - 600 m range}, publisher = {Sociedad Geológica de España}, title = {Aplicación del análisis fractal a las paleoestructuras de colapso kárstico del Mioceno superior de la costa este de Mallorca, España}, title = {Fractal analysis applied to the study of the karst collapse paleostructures in the Upper Miocene of eastern coast of Mallorca, Spain}, author = {Robledo Ardila, Pedro Agustín and Durán Valsero, Juan José and Gumiel Garrido, P.}, }
