AB Un análisis crítico y general de los sistemas políticos de Occi-dente, recalcando la crisis grave y definitiva que atraviesan las democra-cias representativas y sus principales instituciones (el sufragio universal,la clase política, el sistema de los tres poderes, las elecciones, los par-tidos políticos, la opacidad y las constituciones políticas). Para superarla irreversible decadencia de las actuales formas de gobierno, el artículopropone un modelo alternativo de democracia que renueve sus princi-pios y valores (meritocracia, transparencia, definición de nuevos poderesdel Estado), y en el que se prescinda de lo nocivo y obsoleto: partidospolíticos, elecciones y constituciones. El último capítulo incluye brevesreflexiones sobre la futura transición política.
AB A critical and general analysis of political systems in the West,emphasising the serious and permanent crisis faced by representativedemocracies and their major institutions (universal suffrage, politicalclass, the system of the three powers, elections, political parties, opacityand the constitution). To overcome the irreversible decline of the currentforms of government, this paper proposes an alternative model of demo-cracy that renews its principles and values(meritocracy, transparency,defining new branches of government), and which dispenses with theharmful and obsolete: political parties, elections and constitutions. Thelast chapter includes brief reflections on the future political transition.
