AB La cultura organizativa de la escuela, entendida como el conjunto de valores y significados compartidos por sus miembros, se manifiesta en los materiales que elabora. Entre ellos se encuentra el periódico escolar. Su estudio y análisis, desde una perspectiva interpretativa, puede darnos pistas sobre el entramado cultural que sustenta la organización del centro educativo.
AB School’s organisational culture, understood as the group of values and meanings shared by its members, manifests in the materials that it elaborates. Among them we can find the school journal. Its study and analysis, from an interpretative perspective, may give us clues about the cultural maze that the organization of the educational centre sustains.
