AB Este artículo aborda la tarea de verificación de autoría en la escritura conjunta dedemandas. Las preguntas de investigación alas que se pretende dar respuesta son: ¿Quéproblemas dificultan la tarea de verificación deautoría en la escritura conjunta de demandas?¿Cómo se puede discriminar la escritura individual del sujeto cuya autoría se ha de verificar?¿Qué método permite la validación objetiva delos resultados? El artículo se divide en dos partes. En la primera parte, se abordan los problemas que dificultan la tarea de verificación deautoría en la escritura conjunta de demandas.En la segunda parte, se propone un enfoqueintegrador y se aplica a un caso real juzgado enun tribunal superior de justicia español
AB This article tackles the task of authorship verification in the joint drafting oflawsuits. The article attempts to answer thefollowing questions: What problems hinderthe task of authorship verification in the jointdrafting of lawsuits? How can one discriminatethe individual writing of the subject whoseauthorship is to be verified? What method allows for objective validation of the results? Thearticle is divided into two parts. The first partaddresses the problems hindering the task ofauthorship verification in the joint drafting oflawsuits. The second part proposes an integrated approach and applies it to a real case tried ina Spanish high court of justice
