T1 Dinámica de los arenales costeros en el caso de una playa regenerada. Las Teresitas (Tenerife)

AB Se estudia el comportamiento mecánico o movilidad de upas arenas blancas procedentes de El Aaiún (Sahara) utilizadas para regenerar una playa de arenas negras, Las Teresitas, ubicada en la isla de Tenerife. Se realiza el análisis granulométrico y mineralógico de estas arenas añadidas a las originales preexistentes en la playa hasta 1973. De los datos sobre la identidad mineralógica, obtenida mediante análisis por difractometría de rayos X, y sobre la granuíometría de estas arenas superpuestas y su comparación con los de los minerales integrantes de sustrato arenoso preexistente se extraen conclusiones referentes al comportamiento dinámico de estas arenas utilizadas para regenerar la playa y se analizan las causas de esa dinámica
AB The mechanical behaviour or movility of some white sands proceeding from El Aaiún (Sahara) used for the regeneration of a black sand beach, Las Teresitas, located in Tenerife island has been studied. The aim of this work is to carry out a mineralógical and granulometric study of the white sands added to the original black ones present on the beach until 1973. The information of the mineralogical constitution obtained by X ray diffractometry, and of the particle's size obtained by granulometric analysis of these added sands and its comparison with the preexistent sandy substract has allowed us to extract conclusions about the dynamic behaviour of the new sands used for the regeneration of the beach. The reasons of this dynamic have been analysed
