AB Este estudio longitudinal sobre el teletrabajo en el sector empresarial español para losaños 2001-02 y 2011-02 busca observar empíricamente, a través de encuesta, la evolución de estemodelo de trabajo en sus empresas. Con este estudio, descartamos cuestiones técnicas delteletrabajo y de las empresas como causas de su lenta implantación al sistema laboral español yconfirmamos la evolución de este modelo de trabajo en su sector empresarial, gracias al cambio deactitud de las empresas respecto a la reticencia a su uso y a la mejor y mayor velocidad en lastelecomunicaciones
AB This longitudinal study on teleworking in the Spanish business sector for the years2001-02 and 2011-02 seeks to observe empirically, through a survey, the evolution of this model ofwork in their companies. with this study, we discard technical issues of teleworking and businessas causes of its slow implementation to the Spanish labor system and confirm the evolution of thismodel of work in its business sector, thanks to the change in attitude of companies regarding thereluctance to its use and the best and fastest speed in telecommunications
