RT Conference Proceedings T1 Atmospheric trajectory, orbit and chemical composition of a sporadic bolide imaged in 2011 A1 Ordóñez, L. A1 Madiedo Gil, José María A1 Trigo Rodríguez, Josep María AB High-sensitivity CCD video devicesare commonly employed to monitor meteor and fireballactivity. These systems provide useful data for thedetermination, for instance, of radiant, orbital andphotometric parameters [1, 2, 3]. Accurate orbital dataare, for instance, of a paramount importance in orderto infer information about the likely parent body of agiven meteoroid stream [4]. Video spectroscopic techniquesprovide also very valuable data about thechemical nature of these particles of interplanetarymatter [3, 5]. With this aim, The SPanish Meteor Network(SPMN) has systematically performed multiplestationvideo observations of major and minor meteorshowers since 2006. In this work we analyze a doublestationsporadic fireball imaged in the framework ofour continuous fireball monitoring and spectroscopiccampaigns in 2011.
