T1 Participación y poder de la mujer en las organizaciones educativas

AB En este trabajo se aborda la participación de las mujeres en las organizaciones educativas. Con él sepretende poner de manifiesto las barreras y dificultades que tienen las mujeres en el acceso a lospuestos de gestión en una profesión tan feminizada como es la educación, sobre todo en las primerasetapas educativas. A continuación haremos un breve recorrido por la literatura para conocer el estiloo estilos de gestión y liderazgo que desarrollan las directoras escolares y veremos como suelen generaruna nueva cultura escolar desde la perspectiva de género._____________________________________In this article the participation of the women in the educational organizations is analyzed. It intend toshow the barriers and difficulties that have the women in the access to the positions of managementin this so feminize profession that is the education, with the special emphasis in the first educationalphases. Later it briefly shows the related bibliography to know the style or styles of management andleadership that the school woman directors develop and how they use to generate a new school culturefrom the perspective of gender.
