T2 Cognitive domain in strategic communication in Ukraine warfare

AB Ucrania se ha convertido en escenario de innovaciones militares que incluyen el campo de la comunicación y la persuasión. Se aborda este tema, desde el ámbito cognitivo, a través de una revisión sistemática de literatura que analiza 105 artículos en la base de datos de Scopus. Se determina que el fenómeno comunicativo ha sido estudiado principalmente desde la perspectiva de las guerras híbridas, aunque se pone en duda que estas sean un nuevo tipo de guerra. Por otra parte, mientras la narrativa ucraniana se centra en la lucha heroica, la rusa se fundamenta en su tradición histórica. Finalmente, se reafirma que las redes sociales han permitido que la comunicación persuasiva no sea un recurso de uso exclusivo de los estados, sino también de la ciudadanía la cual a veces compite, reproduce o influye en la dirección de la estrategia comunicativa estatal.---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
AB Ukraine has become the scene of military innovations that include the field of communication and persuasion. The topic is approached, from the cognitive domain, through a systematic literature review that analyzes 105 articles in the Scopus database. It is determined that the communicative phenomenon has been studied mainly from the perspective of hybrid wars, although it is questioned whether these are a new type of war. On the other hand, while the Ukrainian narrative focuses on the heroic struggle, the Russian one is based on its historical tradition. Finally, it is reaffirmed that social networks have allowed persuasive communication not to be a resource for the exclusive use of states, but also for citizens, who sometimes compete, reproduce or influence the direction of the state's communication strategy.
