T1 Nuevas tecnologías y cambios en la cualificaciones : análisis en la industria andaluza

AB En este trabajo se muestran los resultados de un estudio llevado a cabo en las empresas industrialesandaluzas sobre el impacto en la cualificación de los trabajadores de las nuevas tecnologías. Una vezanalizadas las diferentes teorías sobre el impacto de las nuevas tecnologías sobre las cualificaciones delos trabajadores, se concluye que la introducción de nuevas tecnologías está suponiendo un aumento enla cualificación de los trabajadores en la industria andaluza que se pone de manifiesto en la contrataciónde nuevo personal fundamentalmente más cualificado o en la sustitución de personal no cualificado porcualificado y por la recualíficación de los trabajadores afectados por las nuevas tecnologías.________________________________In this work are shown the results of a study carried out in the Andalusian industrial firms on theimpact of the new technologies upon the skills of the workers. Once it"s analyzed the different theorieson the impact of the new technologies upon the skills of the workers, is concluded that the introductionof new technologies is supposing an increase in the qualification of the workers in Andalusian industry.This is manifested in the contracting of new personal fundamentally more skilled or in the substitutionunskilled worked by skilled ones and by the improvement of the skills of workers affected by the newtechnologies.
