AB El maltrato animal es un problema que empieza a cobrar un especial nivel de atención. Cuando se habla de maltrato animal debe tenerse presente que se trata de conductas de abandono, negligencia en su cuidado, mutilación, torturas y la muerte. El común de todas estas conductas es la crueldad, traducida en dolor y sufrimiento inflingido a seres vivientes no humanos. Se trata en este texto lo concerniente al tratamiento que el Código Penal del estado de Guanajuato brinda al maltrato animal
AB Animal abuse is a problem that is beginning to receive a special level of attention. In this sen-se, when talking about animal abuse, it must be borne in mind that it is about behaviors of abandonment, negligence in their care, mutilation, torture and death.
