AB Es indiscutible la estrecha relación que guarda el Acuerdo de París de 2015 conel objetivo de desarrollo sostenible número trece, “adoptar medidas urgentespara combatir el cambio climático y sus efectos”. Esta relación, si hablamos deella desde el punto de vista de la “acción”, podemos incidir en la importanciaque tiene la técnica de las Contribuciones Determinadas a Nivel Nacional, pueslos compromisos adquiridos por los Estados Partes en el tratado han deconseguirse a través de una serie de acciones a nivel nacional.El presente trabajo pretende hacer una reflexión sobre la necesidad de unaconsistencia en la implementación tanto del Acuerdo de París como de laAgenda 2030. En este sentido, se va a realizar un análisis sobre los efectosnegativos que, en el cumplimiento de ambos instrumentos jurídicos, puedenproducirse si su implementación se realiza de una manera fragmentada y, por lotanto, sin tener en cuenta las vinculaciones que los objetivos de desarrollosostenible tienen entre sí y, éstos, con la técnica de las ContribucionesDeterminadas a Nivel Nacional, en el marco del Acuerdo de París
AB The close relationship that the 2015 Paris Agreement has with the thirteenthsustainable development goal, "adopt urgent measures to combat climatechange and its effects, is indisputable." If we talk about this relationship fromthe point of view of “action”, we can influence the importance of the NationallyDetermined Contributions technique, since the commitments acquired by theStates Parties to the treaty must be achieved through through a series of actionsat the national level.This paper aims to reflect on the need for consistency in the implementation ofboth the Paris Agreement and the 2030 Agenda. In this sense, an analysis willbe carried out on the negative effects that, in compliance with both legalinstruments, may occur if their implementation is carried out in a fragmentedmanner and, therefore, without taking into account the links that the objectivesof sustainable development they have among themselves and, these, with thetechnique of Nationally Determined Contributions, within the framework ofthe Paris Agreement
