AB Globalisation and the rapid growth of technologies call for ease andautomation in different aspects, including in tourism. Tourism is animportant sector in Malaysia as it generates income for the country. Inrecent years, Malaysia has seen a surge in the arrival of high-spendingArab tourists. This reflects the need to provide a tool, specifically a tourismmobile application in the Arabic language, that could help ease theirjourney in Malaysia. Thus, this study aims to determine the usability of thei-Suyyah mobile application for Arab tourists in Malaysia. The dataobtained were analysed using the Fuzzy Delphi method, and twelveexperts were selected to analyse the fuzziness consensus. It was foundthat the i-Suyyah mobile application recorded a high percentage of expertconsensus, specifically on its usability. All usability items have reachedunity with the threshold value of d 0.2, and the percentage of consensusamong the expert group is more than 83%
AB La globalización y el rápido crecimiento de las tecnologías requieren facilidad y automatización en diferentes aspectos, incluido el turismo. El turismo es un sector importante en Malasia ya que genera ingresos para el país. En los últimos años, Malasia ha experimentado un aumento en la llegada de turistas árabes que gastan mucho dinero. Esto refleja la necesidad de proporcionar una herramienta, específicamente una aplicación móvil de turismo en idioma árabe, que podría ayudar a facilitar su viaje en Malasia. Por lo tanto, este estudio tiene como objetivo determinar la usabilidad de la aplicación móvil i-Suyyah para turistas árabes en Malasia. Los datos obtenidos se analizaron mediante el método Fuzzy Delphi, y se seleccionaron doce expertos para analizar el consenso de fuzziness. Se encontró que la aplicación móvil i-Suyyah registró un alto porcentaje de consenso de expertos, específicamente sobre su usabilidad
