T1 Purpura, verde, azul...la calidad como un color

AB El objetivo de este artículo es explicar, compartir y hacer públicos algunospensamientos e ideas sobre la Universidad y la cultura del profesorado universitario.Se parte de la idea de que no existe armonía entre la gestión, latécnica y la cultura universitaria. Si como docentes aprendemos de la experienciay del ambiente de trabajo, entonces cabe preguntarse por nuestrasexperiencias y por los conocimientos que a travcs de ellas hemos generado,para mantenerlos o rechazarlos. En este punto, la escritura se presenta comoinstrumento de reflexión y expresión que puede utilizarse para modificar laacción (la gestión, la cultura o la técnica). Partiendo de estos supuestos seofrecen tres textos y tres contextos, algunas ideas espontáneas, sentidas ysufridas que pretenden descubrir cómo nos constituimos y formamos en nuestra«carrera docente».___________________________________The aim of this paper is to explain, share and make some thoughts and ideaspublic about the university and the culture of university professors. It startswith the idea that there is a lack of harmony between managment, techniqueand culture within the university. If we, as professors, learn from experienceand environment, then our knowledge obtained through the experiences,should be assessed whether to maintain it or not. At this point the writing ispresented as an instrument for reflection and expression that can be used tomodify the action (the managment, the culture or the technique). With theseassumptions in mind there are three writings and three contexts, includingsome spontaneous ideas, aiming to discover how we get our professional skills.
