T1 Formative challenges of social education for intervention in diversity contexts

AB La diversidad recoge una realidad presente encualquiera de los ámbitos de intervención de nuestrasociedad, reflejándose en todos los grupos, sectoresprofesionales y/o en las propias instituciones.En este sentido, en el plano educativo se define comoeje transversal que debe tenerse en cuenta para contribuirala consecución de aspectos fundamentalescomo es la cohesión social, al tiempo que las personasse reconozcan y respeten como diferentes.La formación inicial que se desarrolla en las Universidadesdebe enfrentar el reto de la atención a ladiversidad, trabajando las competencias necesariaspara que los/as profesionales de la intervención socioeducativadispongan de las herramientas necesariasque les permita luchar contra las desigualdadesderivadas de las realidades de diversidad.Tomando como referencia a la Educación Social,en este trabajo se reflexiona sobre los principales retosque dichos estudios tienen en relación a las necesidadesformativas del alumnado para intervenir en contextosde diversidad
AB The diversity gathers a reality present in any of theareas from intervention of our society, being reflectedin all the groups, professional sectors and / or inthe own institutions. In this respect, in the educationalplane it is defined Was a transverse axis that mustbe born in mind to contribute to the attainment offundamental aspects like the social cohesion, at thetime that the persons are recognized and respect likedifferent.The initial training that develops in Universitiesmust face the challenge of the attention to the diversity,working the necessary competitions in order thatprofessionals of the intervention socioeducativa havethe necessary tools that it allows them to fight againstthe inequalities derived from the realities of diversity.Taking as reference to the Social Education, in thiswork one thinks about the principal challenges thatthe above mentioned studies have in relation to theformative needs of the student to intervene in contextsof diversity
