Thetext of the manuscripts and editions offersthe dark word scalineon, which is neitherquoted in ThLL nor included in Latinand Greek reference dictionaries1. In ouropinion, it should be read as scalenon, thegeometrical figure with different angles andsides. We also propose other minor emendationslinked to this one
AB El artículo trata de arrojar luz sobre unpasaje presente en dos comentarios carolingiosal Ars Maior de Donato. El texto delos manuscritos y ediciones ofrece la obscurapalabra scalineon, que no es ni citadapor el ThLL ni está incluida en los diccionariosde referencia1, tampoco griegos. Ennuestra opinión, se debería leer scalenon,la figura geométrica de ángulos y ladosdesiguales. También proponemos otras enmiendasmenores ligadas a ésta
