AB Democracia 4.0 es un trabajo de base jurídica materializadoformalmente en una Petición (29CE) que reclama el derecho a votardirectamente las normas que se aprueban en una cámara legislativa,haciendo uso de la cuota de soberanía que nos corresponde comociudadanos (1.2CE). Se construye utilizando diferentes fuentes delordenamiento jurídico español, de manera que es difícilmente refutablesu legitimidad juridica y legalidad. Es una de las reivindicaciones de granparte de los movimientos sociales surgidos al calor del 15 de Mayo de2011, impulsándose desde la plataforma Democracia Real Ya.
AB Democracy 4.0 is a legal basis work, formally embodied in aPetition (art. 29 Spain’s Constitution), which claims the right to votedirectly, approving the laws in a legislative chamber, using the share ofsovereignty which belongs to us as citizens (art.1.2 Spain’s Constitution).It’s formuled using different sources of the Spanish legal system, so it ishardly refutable its legal legitimacy and legality. It is one of the claims ofmost of the social movements that emerged in the heat of May 15, 2011,starting for “Real Democracy Now” platform.
