AB La Economía Social y Solidaria juega un rol fundamental en la recomposición económica buscando el establecimiento de "otra economía". La pandemia del Covid-19 empeoró el panorama social, económico y político del continente, aumentando los desafíos y las situaciones de emergencia. Este artículo estudia algunas políticas lanzadas por los gobiernos para enfrentar esta palpable amenaza y presenta algunos resultados económicos parciales derivados de esta situación. Finalmente destaca el rol que podría jugar la ESS en este panorama desolador.
AB The Social and Solidarity Economy plays a fundamental role in the economic reconstructionseeking the establishment of “another economy”. The Covid-19 pandemic worsened the social, economic, and political landscape of the continent, increasing the challenges and emergency situations. This article examines some of the policies launched by governments to face this palpable threat and presents some partial economic results derived from this situation. Finally, it highlights the role that the SSE could play in this bleak scenario.
