T1 Evaluación de la adherencia a un tratamiento conductual para dejar de fumar : análisis de casos

AB En este estudio se analizan las dificultadesque pueden presentar los fumadores que participanen un programa conductual de autoayudapara dejar de fumar y que pueden derivar en unafalta de adherencia al tratamiento, que dificulte oimpida la consecución de la abstinencia. A lo largodel tratamiento, para revisar la ejecución delas tareas y resolver las dudas y dificultades quepudieran surgir, a 100 fumadores que solicitarondicho tratamiento se les realizó una llamada telefónicasemanal durante las seis semanas queduró el mismo. Esto permitió realizar un análisisde contenido del proceso terapéutico. Mediantela trascripción del diálogo mantenido con dichosfumadores, se muestran las tareas que en ocasionesno se realizan, o se llevan a cabo incorrectamente,y la explicación de por qué sucede esto,con el objetivo de que todos aquellos profesionalesque utilicen este tratamiento u otros similaresestén atentos a las mismas y sepan cómoresolverlas.
AB In this study we analyse the problemsor difficulties that may emerge for smokersparticipating in a self-help behavioural smokingcessation programme, and which can lead tolack of treatment compliance, which hindersor prevents the achievement of abstinence.Throughout the treatment, with a view toreviewing the performance of tasks and resolvingthe doubts and difficulties that may emerge, 100smokers who participated in this treatment weretelephoned weekly throughout the six weeksthat the treatment lasted. This made it possibleto carry out a content analysis of the therapeuticprocess. The transcription of the dialogue thattook place with these smokers reveals thetasks which they sometimes failed to do, or didincorrectly, and permits an explanation of thereasons for these shortcomings, with the aimthat all those professionals who use the abovementioned treatment are attentive to the sameones and they know how to solve them.
