T1 El aprendizaje escolar : una perspectiva cognitiva-motivacional

AB Este artículo constituye una reflexión sobre la importancia que la motivación escolar tiene para elaprendizaje y rendimiento académico del alumno. El tema se aborda intentado dar respuesta a lassiguiente cuestiones: en primer lugar, se aborda el tema definiendo lo que en términos generales seentiende por motivación, a la vez que señalar la tendencia teórica hoy día imperante en los estudiossobre dicho concepto. A partir de aquí, y considerando la importancia de que el alumno se vea a símismo como protagonista de su proceso de aprendizaje, se indaga sobre los factores que hacen queéste asuma la necesidad de aprender y sobre qué procesos se encuentran inaplicados en esa toma dedecisión. Posteriormente se abordar la percepción e interpretación que el alumno hace tanto de loséxitos como de los fracasos académicos que obtiene, junto con la importancia que dichas interpretacionesposeen para la formación de sus expectativas futuras de éxito. Para terminar y con objeto dellevar a la práctica el desarrollo de aprendizajes significativos tomando como variable intermediariala motivación intrínseca, se proponen algunas estrategias y actividades prácticas que esperamossean de utilidad para el desarrollo de los contenidos académicos en las diferentes áreas curriculares._______________________________This article is a reflection of the importance that the school motivation has for both the students'learning process and academic achievement. The subject is broached trying to answer the next questions:First, we define which in general terms it's known as motivation and show the train theoreticaltendencies, nowadays, ruling the researches about this concept. Second and considering the importancethat for the students have perceiving themselves as protagonists of their own learning process, itshowed the factors which are supposed to be responsables of perceiving the need of learning, and theprocesses implicated in this decision. Afterthat, it is broached the students interpretations about theiracademic successes and failures, together with the importance that these interpretations llave forhaving positive future expectancies. For ending and with the aim of making the students get significativelearnings taking as intermediary variable the intrinsec motivation, we are proposing some practicalstrategies which we hope will be useful for developing academic contents.
