AB Con este artículo la autora pretende poner de relieve aquellos rasgos sociales y culturales que confrguranun tratamiento de la mujer que ha determinado y justificado una discriminación estructural.La integración de la perspectiva de género en los ámbitos sociales, familiares, laborales y educativosson objeto de análisis en este documento. Las tradiciones culturales y populares, la atención prestadapor la ciencia al tema de la mujer, las respuestas del mercado laboral, los movimientos feministas, yfinalmente las iniciativas educativas —tradicionalismo, escuela mixta y coeducación— nos adviertende los errores y nos reclaman importantes cambios entre los hombres y las mujeres para poder sosteneruna trasformadora revolución social._____________________________________With this article, the author highlights the social and cultural features that configure the woman.There are factors that have determined and justified the woman's discrimination. This documentsanalyze how the integration of the gender perspective takes place in the social, family, labor andeducational environments. The cultural traditions, the science, the labor market, the feminist movements,and the initiatives educational -traditionalism, mixed school and coeducation - they notice us of theerrors. Those factors claim important changes between the men and the women. The changes shouldgo toward a social revolution.
