RT Journal Article T1 Three-gluon running coupling from lattice QCD at Nf = 2 + 1 + 1: a consistency check of the OPE approach A1 Boucaud, Ph. A1 Brinet, M. A1 Soto Borrero, Feliciano Carlos de A1 Morenas, V. A1 Pène, O. A1 Petrov, K. A1 Rodríguez Quintero, José AB We present a lattice calculation of the renormalized running coupling constantin symmetric (MOM) and asymmetric (^MOM) momentum substraction schemes includingu, d, s and c quarks in the sea. An Operator Product Expansion dominated by thedimension-two hA2i condensate is used to fit the running of the coupling. We argue thatthe agreement in the predicted hA2i condensate for both schemes is a strong support forthe validity of the OPE approach and the effect of this non-gauge invariant condensateover the running of the strong coupling.
