AB Mujeres y hombres experimentan de formas diferentes la vida en sociedad, y por lo tanto también delincuenciales. Sin embargo un tratamiento diferenciado no ha sido abordado a menudo. La Criminología tradicional afrontó en muy escasas ocasiones los estudios propios sobre criminalidad femenina y aplicó las mismas teorías y conclusiones de los estudios sobre hombres delincuentes, mediante la técnica de género añadido y alteración. La Criminología feminista por el contrario ha venido proponiendo, a veces de forma radical, una ciencia no androcéntrica. Desde nuestro punto de vista resulta indiscutible que la delincuencia cometida por mujeres es evidentemente menor a la cometida por su contraparte masculina; pero ello no exime la labor de investigación y formulación teórica del asunto por parte de la Criminología, pues se trata de una problemática social que necesita de tratamiento apropiado a fin de darle respuesta específica y efectiva.---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
AB Women and men lives so many different ways of life in society, and therefore also criminality. But any differential treatment has not been discussed often. Traditional Criminology faced very rarely own studies of female criminality and applied the same theories and studies on male and female offenders, using technical and gender alteration added. Feminist Criminology by contrast has been proposed, sometimes radically, a non-androcentric science. From our point of view it is indisputable that the crime committed by women is obviously less than that committed by their male counterparts, but this does not exempt the research and theoretical formulation of the matter by the Criminology, because it is a social problem that needs proper treatment in order to give specific and effective response.
