AB Durante el mandato de Obama han coincidido dos sucesos distantesen el tiempo pero interrelacionados en su naturaleza. Por un lado, sedescubrió que en los años cuarenta EEUU había estado realizando experimentoscon enfermedades de transmisión sexual en Guatemala, de formasimilar a como ya lo hiciera con población afroamericana en Tuskegee,Alabama. Por otro, la CIA organizó una falsa campaña de vacunación enPakistán con niños para poder obtener el ADN de los hijos de Osama BinLaden, lo que hipotéticamente permitiría capturarle. Analizaremos la respuestade la Administración Obama cuando estos dos hechos salieron a laluz pública.
AB During Obama’s mandate have coincided at the time two distantevents but interrelated with his nature. For other one,the CIA organized a false campaign of vaccination in Pakistan with childrento be able to obtain the DNA of the children of Osama Bin Laden, whichhypothetically would allow to capture him. We will analyze the response ofthe Administration Obama when these two facts went out to the public light.
