T1 De la justicia a la felicidad : fundamentando la ética social

AB Estas  líneas  tratan  de  penetrar  desde  un  punto  de  vista  teórico  en  la  relaciónentre  lo  bueno  y  lo  justo  desde  el  momento  presente.  Intentamos  a  través  de  talanálisis mostrar la importancia de la ética social como elemento de base en cualquierámbito  de  convivencia  entre  seres  humanos  y,  sobre  todo,  en  la  comunidad  globalactual.  No  pretendemos  establecer  los  principios  de  justicia  de  una  ética  de  estascaracterísticas,  ello  sería  tarea  de  otro  trabajo,  pero  partiendo  de  las  concepcionesbásicas de Aristóteles y Kant, nos sentimos próximos a las propuestas de Rawls, Apely  Habermas  y  Walzer.  Llegamos  a  la  conclusión  de  que  el  establecimiento  de  unaética social mundial viene dada por la coyuntura histórica, pero como toda ética socialhunde sus raíces en la condición humana, cuyos motivos tratamos de aclarar.
AB These article try to penetrate from a theoretical point of view on the relationshipbetween  good  and  right  from  the  moment.  We  try  through  this  analysis  show  theimportance  of  social  ethics  as  a  core  element  in  any  field  of  coexistence  betweenhuman  beings  and,  above  all,  in  today's  global  community.  We  do  not  intend  toestablish  the  principles  of  justice  of  an  ethics  of  these  features,  this  task  would  beanother  job,  but  from  the  basic  concepts  of  Aristotle  and  Kant,  we  are  coming  to  theproposals   of   Rawls, Apel   and   Habermas   and   Walzer.   We   conclude   that   theestablishment of a global social ethic is determined by historical circumstances, but likeany social ethic is rooted in the human condition, the reasons for trying to clarify
