AB La satisfacción laboral de los docentes es un indicador para conocer los aspectosorganizativos y de enseñanza que afectan a la calidad de la enseñanza. El objetivo de estainvestigación es conocer el grado de satisfacción o insatisfacción profesional de 118 docentes deEducación Infantil y Primaria. Entre los principales resultados obtenidos en la dimensión de lasinteracciones sociales se encuentran, entre otros, una cierta insatisfacción entre los docentes, destacando: grado de estrés alrededor del 12,5% para Educación Infantil y 16,1% para EducaciónPrimaria y ansiedad observada en el 39,1% de los profesores participantes Las principalesconclusiones son que cuanto mayor es la ansiedad y el estrés, menor es la satisfacción en lasinteracciones entre profesores y alumnos
AB Teachers’ job satisfaction is an indicator to know organizational and teaching aspectsthat affect the quality of teaching. The purpose of this research is to know the degree of professionalsatisfaction or dissatisfaction of 118 teachers of childhood and primary education. Among the mainresults obtained in the dimension of social interactions are, among others, a certain dissatisfactionamong teachers, highlighting: degree of stress around 12.5% for Childhood Education and 16.1% forPrimary Education and anxiety was observed around 39.1% of the participating teachers. The mainconclusions are that the greater anxiety and stress is the less satisfaction between the interactionsbetween teachers and students
