T1 La coordinación entre profesores en los departamentos universitarios para la mejora de la función tutorial

AB La evolución extraordinariamente rápida de las condiciones ambientales y profesionales en cualquiernivel y tipo de actividad en la sociedad, impone ala educación universitaria una forma muy dinámicade formación de sus alumnos en la actualidad, es decir, una forma rápida de preparación para loscambios que el individuo irá conociendo a lo largo de su vida. Todo ello implica una nueva definiciónde los papeles y funciones de los docentes universitarios de los que deben surgir nuevas propuestas deformación. Por todo ello, se demanda al profesor universitario una función de animador y facilitadordel aprendizaje de !os alumnos. El nuevo papel de este profesional debe contribuir a situarla enseñanzaen la Universidad, a la altura de los requerimientos y las posibilidades no sólo de nuestra época, sinode lo que se demandará en el futuro. De ello se deriva que se han producido y habrán de producirsecambios en su formación, tanto inicial como permanente.Para que la innovación y el cambio se produzcan en la enseñanza superiores imprescindible partir delos conceptos de «cooperación y colaboración» en el grupo docente entre profesores en los propiosdepartamentos, situándose este aspecto en uno de los puntos de mira del desarrollo de la calidaddocente universitaria, de acuerdo con una nueva utilización de los planteamientos didácticos yorganizativos en la enseñanza superior._________________________________The extraordinarily quick evolution of the environmental and professionals conditions in any leve!and in any activity type in the society, it imposes to the university education at the present time a verydynamic form of their students' formation, that is to say, a quick form of preparation to the changesthat the individual will go knowing through his life. Everything implies it a new definition of the rolesand the educational university students 'functions of those that a new definition should arise also ofits formation. For everything it is demanded it to the university professor a function and facilitator ofthe learning of the students. University professor's new function should not only contribute to locatethe teaching in the University to the height of the requirements and the possibilities of our time, butof what will be demanded in the future. In consecuence it is derived it that they have taken place andchanges will take place in their formation, so much initial as permanent.So that the innovation and the change take place in the higher education it is indispensable to leaveof the cooperation concepts and collaboration in the educational group among professors in the owndepartments, being located this aspect in one of the points of aim of the development of the quality educational university student, in agreement with a new use of the didactic and organizational positionsin the higher education.
