T1 Las políticas de tiempo : un reto para las políticas del estado del bienestar

AB El artículo trata de la importancia del tiempo en las sociedades del bienestar.Plantea la necesidad de tener en cuenta la dimensión temporal en las políticasde bienestar. Se muestran algunos de los orígenes que han llevado a mostrarla importancia del tiempo, en esas sociedades. Se destaca la incidencia de laperspectiva de género. Se realizan algunas precisiones sobre el propio conceptode tiempo. Se analizan las relaciones entre el tiempo y el trabajo, cuestionandola centralidad del tiempo de trabajo, en su acepción laboral. Por último, sedetallan algunos escenarios y actuaciones posibles donde desarrollar estaspolíticas de tiempo: la ciudad y la vida cotidiana.______________________________This paper wants to show the increasing importance of time in welfare societies.It means to take in charge time as a key dimension in welfare policies.The main arguments are oriented to point out the beginnings of time issues,in these societies. Gender perspective is underlined. The text tries, also, to precisethe theoretical concept of time and to analyse the social relationships betweentime and work Finally, it offers some details about new scenarios andpolicies oriented to make real theses time policies: city and every day life.
