AB Este trabajo es una reflexión sobre la profunda contradicción que detectamos entre el conocimiento escolar que seprescribe en el nuevo Decreto de Enseñanzas Mínimas de ciencias sociales, geografía e historia para la ESO y tres de losobjetivos que se pretenden alcanzar con la proyectada Ley de calidad: reducir el índice de fracaso escolar, elevar el nivel deformación de los alumnos y fomentar la cultura del esfuerzo.
AB In this article we reflect on the profound contradiction that we detect between school knowledge that is prescribed in thenew decree of minimum teaching contents in the Social Sciences, geography and history for Compulsory SecondaryEducation and three of the objectives that are aimed at being attained with the projected quality law: to reduce the indexof school failure, raise the level of the training of students and foment the culture of effort.
