RT Journal Article T1 Estudio preliminar de Paleosuelos Triásicos en la Antártida. Implicaciones para las reconstrucciones paleoclimáticas T1 Preliminary report on Triassic Paleosols from the Antárctica. Implications for Paleoclimate reconstructions A1 Alonso Zarza, Ana María A1 Retallack, G. J. AB Computer models of Pangean paleoclimate predict a frigid and dry climate for the Antarctica during the Triassic. However, the paleosols recognised in the Middle Triassic lack permafrost features and include root traces of woody vegetation. Furthermore, the slight weathering and the non calcareous rhizocretions indicate a humid climate . The study of the paleosols reveals a paleoclimatic anomaly in the Antarctica during the Middle Triassic PB Sociedad Geológica de España YR 1996 FD 1996 LK http://hdl.handle.net/10272/12173 UL http://hdl.handle.net/10272/12173 LA spa DS Repositorio Institucional de la Universidad de Huelva RD 30 may 2026
