AB La política agraria en España ha estado sujeta en los últimos años a cambiossustanciales, que han implicado modificaciones en el nivel y los mecanismosde apoyo al sector. Tras la “Revisión Intermedia”, los instrumentos de la PolíticaAgraria Común (PAC) cada vez se aplican más de manera diferenciada a nivelnacional y regional. El presente artículo ofrece una valoración regional de lastransferencias comunitarias a la agricultura española, estableciendo un sistemade seguimiento y evaluación del nivel global, la distribución de ese apoyo yla ubicación de España y sus regiones en el marco de la OCDE. El trabajoadopta como base metodológica los avances realizados en la estimación deindicadores de apoyo a la agricultura por la OCDE.__________________________________________The agricultural policy in Spain has been involved in substantial changeswhich have implied some adjustments on the levels of support and itsinstruments. After the “Mid Term Review” of the Common Agricultural Policy(CAP) more and more those instruments are applied with varied intensity at thenational and regional level. This paper offers a regional valuation of the Europeansupport to the Spanish agriculture by establishing a system of monitoring andevaluation of the support, its distribution and the position of Spain into theOCDE framework. This work makes use of the progress undertaken by OECD indefining a methodology to estimate support to the agricultural sector.
