AB El judaísmo y el cristianismo han legadoescritos pertenecientes al género apocalíptico,interesantes para el conocimientode las ideas sobre el fin del mundo y sobre las expectativas de futuro que judíos ycristianos albergaban en los momentos máscríticos de su existencia. Sin embargo, lostemas y motivos de las obras característicasde este género se encuentran en otros escritos que, a priori, no podrían ser clasificados como “apocalipsis”. El texto de SulpicioSevero sobre el pensamiento apocalíptico deMartin de Tours se ha convertido en objetode debate por los múltiples ejemplos literariosque elevan a Nerón a una categoríaescatológica y lo asocian al Anticristo. Enel presente trabajo se compara el contenidode las ideas de Martín con otros textosde semejante contenido para demostrarsi las ideas de Martín pueden definirsecomo una reutilización o destacan por suoriginalidad
AB Judaism and Christianity have leftwritings belonging to the apocalypticgenre, interesting for the knowledge ofideas about the end of the world and especiallyof future expectations that Jewsand Christians housed in the most criticalmoments of their existence. However, thethemes and motifs of the examples of thisgenre features found in other writingsthat could not be classified as "apocalyp-se”. The text of Sulpicius Severus aboutapocalyptic thought of Martin of Tourshas become the subject of debate for themany literary examples that elevate Neroan eschatological category and associatedwith the Antichrist. This paper comparesthe content of the ideas of Martin withother texts such content to show whetherthe ideas of Martin can be defined as eitherreuse or by their originality
