AB Toda exclusión o consecuencia negativa derivada de la oposición de un trabajador o candidato al empleo a someterse a un Test genético debiera considerarse un acto ilegal y contrario incluso a sus propios derechos constitucionales.
AB Any exclusion or negative consequence derived from the opposition of a worker or candidate for employment to undergo a genetic test should be considered illegal and contrary even to his own constitutional rights.
